At Irie Art, each piece is handcrafted with Caribbean soul and cultural heritage. Due to the handmade and textured nature of our artwork, all approved returns are issued as Store Credit Only.
🔁 Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Item must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be approved.
🎨 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Commissioned pieces

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Digital products
Because our artwork is handcrafted and sand-finished, slight variations in color, texture, or minimal sand shedding are natural and are not considered defects.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of:

The damaged item

The packaging

The shipping label

If approved, we will:

Send a replacement (if available), or

Issue Store Credit
💳 Store Credit Policy
Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit only.

Store credit will be sent via email in the form of a digital code.

Store credit does not expire.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Irie Art is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
