At Irie Art, each piece is handcrafted with Caribbean heritage and artistic intention. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

🚚 Shipping Time

🇺🇸 United States

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment.

🌍 International Orders

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days after shipment.

International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures.

⏳ Total Estimated Delivery Time

  • USA Orders: 6–12 business days total

  • International Orders: 10–26 business days total

(Processing time + Shipping time combined)

📦 Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Irie Art is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

📦 Delivered but Not Received

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier:

  • Irie Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

🎨 Handcrafted Disclaimer

Due to the handcrafted and sand-textured nature of our artwork:

  • Minor sand displacement during transit may occur.

  • Slight variations in texture or finish are natural and part of the artistic process.

This does not qualify as shipping damage.

📦 Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or store credit.
