Welcome to Irie Art. By accessing or using our website (www.irieartja.com), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1️⃣ General Conditions

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You will not use our products for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

  • You will not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

2️⃣ Products & Pricing

All Irie Art pieces are handcrafted.

Due to the artistic and sand-textured nature of our work:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur.

  • Minor sand displacement may occur during transit.

  • These variations are not considered defects.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3️⃣ Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud.

  • Limit quantities purchased per person or household.

  • Cancel orders due to pricing or listing errors.

If your order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

Processing time is 3–5 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on destination.

Irie Art is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

International customers are responsible for duties, customs fees, and taxes.

5️⃣ Returns & Store Credit

All approved returns are issued as Store Credit only, in accordance with our Return & Store Credit Policy.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

6️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including artwork, product designs, logos, images, and text — is the exclusive property of Irie Art.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Resell

Any artwork or design without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Irie Art shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Shipping carrier errors

  • Website interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

We do not sell or share customer data except for payment processing and shipping fulfillment.
